Highview College How to Enrol

Enrolling now

To enrol your child at Highview College, please complete the Application for Enrolment and return with a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 and a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Upon receipt of the completed application your child’s name will be added to our waiting list for the required year of entry. Receipt of the application will be acknowledged in writing.

All students are required to have an enrolment interview with the Principal before any offer of enrolment can be made. Highview College will only confirm an enrolment offer after the interview process.

Enrolment Policy

Bursaries

Highview seeks to support every aspirational student, regardless of financial circumstances. Bursaries are available to families with a means-tested Health Care Card. Bursary applications are required and assessed each year. Please contact our Accounts team for application enquires.

Please note: Applications close 1 March 2024.

Further applications will be considered if the bursary provisions have not been reached.

Experience Day for Year 7 students

Experience Day is held in June. If you have not yet submitted an application and would like your child to attend Highview College, contact Ms Kay Murray on (03) 5459 1000.

Orientation Day for Year 7 students

Orientation Day is held in December. If you have not yet submitted an application and would like your child to attend Highview College, contact Ms Kay Murray on (03) 5459 1000.

Personal Appointments

Individual families or small groups of families can make an appointment with Ms Kay Murray (Registrar) for a personal tour. These tours will allow visitors the opportunity to view facilities, classes in action and to discuss values, individual interests and options.
